This warranty applies strictly to the ASUS ROG Strix G15 (G513QM-HF326T) and is valid for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
1. Scope of Coverage This warranty covers the repair or replacement of internal hardware components (such as the motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, and display panel) that fail due to manufacturing defects or faulty materials under normal use conditions.
2. Exclusions (What is NOT covered) To ensure clarity, the following instances are strictly excluded from this 12-month warranty:

Misuse and Physical Damage: Any damage resulting from drops, spills, electrical surges, fire, or environmental exposure. This includes cracked screens, broken ports, or keyboard damage caused by excessive force.

Unauthorized Modifications: Any attempts to open the chassis, repair, or upgrade the hardware by non-authorized technicians will void this warranty immediately.

3. How to Claim To initiate a hardware claim, the purchaser must provide the original proof of purchase and the device serial number. If a hardware defect is confirmed, the unit will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent model at the discretion of the service provider.
