1. Standard Returns
If you change your mind or no longer require a part/accessory, you can return it within 14 days of purchase.

2. Faulty Items & Warranty Repairs
If a part we supplied or a repair we performed is found to be faulty:

Initial Cost: The customer is responsible for the initial cost of returning the item to us.

Reimbursement: Once our technicians have inspected the item and confirmed a genuine hardware fault, we will reimburse your return shipping costs in full.

Requirement: To claim a shipping reimbursement, a valid postage receipt must be provided.
3. Exclusions
